"We had a great experience with Nicole Simoneau at State Farm Insurance at Chuck Swenson's office in Cambridge. "I cancelled my policy 7 days before the next payment was due, and they charged me the normal $700 monthly amount anyway. Now they refuse to refund the money. I just filed a complaint with the MN Commerce Department. Their customer service is absolutely no help at all. I was a loyal customer for over a decade. Stay far away from State Farm."

"since moving into Chucks territory I have received no less than one promotional mailer per month. We are already State Farm customers, stop trying to poach us from our agent. if spamming potential clients is the way you try to acquire new business you may want to rethink your tactics."
